What does this checkbox in Global Preferences actually do? I ask because there doesn't seem to be a way to add an option to pay for insurance.

Hi Jsbrock,

When going through post sale, there is an option in the WBN where you can add insurance to the item.

Where - oh where - is that little item hiding?

Or are you really referring to the "custom" shipping and handling option?

Hello,

It's part of step 4 of the Post Sale Keys but you can only get to it through the Fulfillment Checklist.
