Hi Mike,
There is no image hosting fee within the standard plan only if you are attaching images to your auctions that you create through Auction Manager or Auction Manager Pro. You are charged an image fee if you add the images to auctions created outside of AW. Let me know if you need further clarification.
The $16.60 fee this month was for the 332 auctions you launched since your last statement. The yearly power plan you are on now still has a 5 cent listing fee applied to your auctions.
There are no 'storage' fees for images you have in your account. The plans where you could be subject to image hosting fees still only apply when you use your images, not just have them uploaded into your account regardless of the quantity.
