In your new Announcement regarding AW's Free Listing Day, you state:
[italic]Please schedule your auctions to launch early since there will be high demand on this day.[/italic]
I normally schedule my auctions to launch at either 8:30 or 8:45 pm PST. That way folks on both coasts can get a chance to win my books. What time should I slate Friday's auctions to launch, since this is probably what you consider "prime time"?
I'd like to point out that I moved my auctions up by two hours (6:30 pm PST) during the eBay FLD. Unfortunately, they ended up launching more than three hours later than normal (11:45 pm PST). Needless to say, no one really stayed up late on either coast to bid on my stuff...
Any suggestions you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your help.
/ps/
Someone should run a "grammar" check on the full page Announcement...

Hi kahml,
We don't know exactly how many auctions will be launched on this day, but we do anticipate a higher than normal amount, which can at times result in processing delays. You might want to schedule your auctions to launch an hour earlier than you normally would, but note that we cannot make any guarantees as to when they will actually launch.
