Dear customer support,
WE have a problem with the [email protected] e-mail address on ebay as our customers use it for Paypal payments. We have no idea where they take this e-mail address from to make their payments. Please, advise on this matter as soon as possible.

If you are using the mailstep.com system then you are registered on ebay (or what ever site you use) with that email and the bidders are getting it off the ebay end of auction email. Just log into PayPal and you can add the mailstep email address to your account. If a bidder uses the mailstep email to send a PayPal you can still receive the payment and it will be sent to your primary email that you have on file with PayPal.
