Is AW working on anything to help us deal with multi-auction winners in post sale? It would be wonderful to be able to have each of their auctions listed on one invoice and listed in the WBN, etc.

Hi Bh010296,
We are working on getting this feature incorporated with the rest of the post sale management tools. In the meantime, we have developed a workaround which you may try to use in the event that you have a single bidder with multiple purchases. Please try the following:
- Click on the non-paying bidder button and enter the e-mail address of the bidder together with the total amount of all purchases that he has won.
- Next, edit the WBN in step 1 and provide an explanation in the e-mail message of the break down of the total amount due.
