I get quite a few emails from customers asking for their tracking numbers, on a continual bases. Either my customers are all lying or AW is having the same problem with the tracking email as with the WBN emails.
Here is my latest complaint which also included a complaint about spam from the iShip team:
From Customer:
Please stop using iship for tracking, or at least warn buyers that they sell
your email addresses to outside people. How do I know? I put my work email
address in the field, so that i could be informed when the package got here
(they have that option from the link you supplied in the email). I've never
ever used my work email for anything until now. Well, I'm getting all kinds
of spam now all of a sudden to my work email! That really pisses me off.
Anyway, not your fault, but be aware. Oh yeah, I didn't even get a
notification that the package was delivererd until 12 hours after I got the
package. Some notification service...
