I find it amusing that on your announcements you have the top two as - Launch Latency >70 minutes and then the next is - Acquire New Buyers
How is the heck are we supposed to acquire new buyers when you don't get our auctions launched??
My auctions were to launch 85 minutes ago. If I have to pull those auctions (because it is almost too late in the evening) I will be very upset.
You seem to go in spurts. One week 50 auctions will list in 8-10 minutes, then the next week there is a 2 hour delay. These are both using the same launch time. Why such a difference? I don't believe it is ebay's API. If that were the case, it would happen constantly.
I like your system, love the PSM, but that means jack if there are no auctions lauched to use the PSM. Either you get this straighted out or I am moving to some other listing service. Enough is Enough!!!!!

AW - you have 27 minutes to get my auctions lauched - or I am pulling them. Sure am not holding my breath. This sucks big time - I didn't launch any last night because I thought I would launch them all tonight. YA RIGHT!!!
