Hello, I'm just back to listing after a short time off, so this may have been addressed earlier. If so, I apologize.
I tried twice tonight before scheduling listings to preview the listing and the page would not come up. Could get the "Quick Preview". Is there a problem with this feature or am I doing something wrong? Thank you.

Hi purplepassion1,
There is a difference between QuickPreview and EbayPreview: the first does a local preview, while the second requests the preview at eBay. At peak hours, we encounter high latency times for eBay response, so all activities are slow: launching, getting listing counters and bids, closing items, sending feedback, and of course getting previews.
