#1... isn't there a way to sort by email address or anything. if i have a dutch auction with 70 bids, it's really annoying to have to search through all 70 for the right one... in fact, that's the reason i signed up for auction management... i've been discovering that everything i wanted this service to do for me, i'm still having to do for myself. when i get a paypal payment i have to search through 70 listings to click the right one... then i have to go to the next payment and search through 70 listings to look for the right one.
#2... if i had 70 bids on a dutch (and didn't sell all that was available) why would my post sale only have 65... again this is very annoying b/c i have to go through now and see which ones were missed.

Hi drbrownauctions,
There is not a way to sort by customer email at this time. I can see how this would be helpful on large dutch auctions like this. I will pass your suggestion along.

Hi drbrownauctions,
Managing Dutch auctions may be difficult! However, there is an workaround for your problem:
- click on Post Sale link on left nav;
- enter your item ID as search criteria under Find, select AuctionID, and hit Search. As a result the page refreshes and the new page will show only the post sale for the desired item;
- enter the buyer email as search criteria under Find, select WinnerEmail, and hit Search.
Or, just search for the winner email in Post Sale page.
