1) is anyone from AW going to address the issues from last night?
(2) has the problem been corrected?
(3) what is aw doing to prevent this from happening again?
(4 Do we need to launch 2 hrs early tonight or will they launch on time?
I would like to know what to do before spending several hours getting auctions ready just so I can cancel them

I posted these questions over 4 hours ago and have still not recd an answer. I would like to know if there is any problems expected tonight before I relist more auctions. The customer service is getting worse instead of better. Please let me know an answer to my questions. If I post complaining the post is deleted. If I post asking questions they are ignored .What do you have to do to ge any support,This is realy getting annoying.

Yeah, my "gripe" from earlier today was deleted.
Someone will probably lock this thread in the next few hours, after stating that this forum is for technical support of the product, while questions and griping belong in the Feedback forum.
But I find the whole thing amazing. I asked similar questions about the problems during eBay's FLD - no answer, no comment.
When I asked about any >anticipated< problems during AW's FLD I was told everything was going to be fine. And it was - everything launched on time.
But a typical Sunday night caused a nightmare - "INCONCEIVABLE!"

5 hours now still no answer. What does it take to get customer service anymore. I pay my bill on time every month I list around 2000 auctions each month you would think my bussiness would mean something. I guess it doesnt. Is the problems of last night fixed or not? Can we list knowing they will launch on time? 2 simple questions. I just need 2 minutes of your time if that is not asking to much

Hello mbryzip,
Christopher addressed this issue last night in this thread.
The problem appears to be related to the eBay API interface, and we are in contact with eBay in order to resolve this as quickly as possible. As a temporary workaround, you might consider scheduling your Sunday and Thursday evening auctions to launch earlier than you normally would, as these are high-volume "peak" times.
Thanks,
Diana

I read this thread last night,How does his response answer anything that I have asked abought tonights auctions? Or when this is going to be corrected. I have heard this same response everytime this happens.Aw says the same thing and we still have the same problems. How are we to know if there is going to be a delay or not when we list.If aw can't tell how can we? I would still like an answer to my questions reguarding the use of scheduling and relisting auctions. Not the same response we get everytime. As many times as this has happened it looks like it should have been corrected a long time ago.Is this ebay or aw related? If it is an ebay problem then we as the users and the ones losing money need to know so we can take up the issue with ebay. I am realy needing some help here.

Hello mbryzip,
As today is Monday, and thus is not one of the higher-volume (Thursday/Sunday) evenings, your auctions should launch on time tonight.

Just watching from afar on this, but it seems that AW has answered the questions.
They said that the problem appears to be related to the eBay API interface. (We all know that ebay has problems everytime you turn around.)
Since it's an ebay problem, it seems that AW would not be able to predict what's going to freak out on the ebay side at any particular time.
I understand their suggestion of trying another night (although I like to launch & end on Sun & Thursday too,) b/c it seems that the problem doesn't occur quite as often on non-busy times.
I agree that it's very frustrating, but with all of the ebay issues, it may not be fair to be stomping all over AW.
