Hi,
I need to add two additional pictures to an auction that is already running on ebay. I am a computer dunce when it comes to stuff like this. Is there someone who could walk me through this very SLOWLY? Thanks for any help.

Hi Heather,
Outlined below are two ways in which you can attach images to your existing auctions.
1. From Auction Manager, click on the "Manage Images" link. Check the box of the image(s) you wish to add under the select column. Click the "Attach Image" button on the bottom of the page, verify your image, and click "Continue". You will then come to a page that contains a box or block of HTML. Copy and paste the entire box of HTML into the description box of the auction revision form, being very careful not to alter any pre-existing HTML that may be in this field.
2. From our legacy Image Hosting service:
To access, click the Image Hosting tab, and select the image(s) you want to attach to your auction. Click the "Attach Image" button at the bottom of the page. On the next page, select the auction site from the drop-down menu, and click the "Existing Auction" radio button. The next page will require you to enter the user ID, password, auction number, or if "Other Auction Site" was selected from the drop-down menu, you will need to copy and paste the HTML code into the auction revision form.
Keep in mind that your images will appear beneath the ad template on the auction page. Let me know if you have any trouble with this.

Hi Sonya,
Thank you so much for the help. Your reply was very easy to follow. I used the legacy Hosting service and it said my auction was succesfully updated, but when I went to my listing on ebay the additional pics are not showing up. Does it take a little while for this to happen? or did I do something wrong?
Thanks,
Heather

Hi Sonya,
I just went in to try and add the pics. again, just in case and an error message came up saying it could not find my password. Could this have anything to do with the pics not posting? It said the first time that it was succesful.
P.s.
I have to leave my computer for a while so I will check back later.
Thank you for your time,
Heather
I went through the process, and checked after it said it updated your item and it had in fact been updated with those two images.
I cannot say why they did not seem to attach the first time, but if it said it had I would check over your other items and make sure you entered the correct item number the first time - perhaps you entered a number for one of your other auctions.
