IF sending an email from Customer Management, will it send multiple times to the same E-mail, if it is listed more than one time in my Customer mang. folder. I have over 2k customers , how would I get rid of the dups....
Regardless of how many times a user appears in your list, they will only receive one email from you. You do not even need to remove them from the list, we automatically see this address as being sent a letter and do not send any additional ones to them.
