Hi, I'm trying to make some changes on my "Seller Preference" page. I want to change my default listing that is at the bottom of each auction. I have tried twice to make the change - clicked "Seller Preferences" and the changes do not go into effect. I'm using a webtv. have made changes in the past with no problem. Help! Steve
As long as you click to save the changes at the bottom of the page, the change should take effect.
After you click on the 'Save Preferences' button at the bottom of the page it should say 'Congratulations, you have successfully changed your Seller Preferences..' with a 'return' button you can click on.
Are you seeing this page after the change is made, or does it appear to just refresh the page? Sometimes with WebTv the system sees a JavaScript button but seems to only refresh the page.

Hi Christopher, The "Congratulations" message is not appearing. The page just goes back to where it was. I've made changes in the past on this page with no problem. Any suggestions? I also have a laptop. I can try to do the changes on that if you can't think of anything. By the way you have a guy there by the name of Marius who is very very sharp. He helped me out last week and I have noticed some of his replies to other sellers. He is very knowledgeable, seems to be new. Keep up the good work. Steve

Diana, have made the changes on the laptop without a problem. But to say you don't support webtv is an old worn out story. I have been hearing that for two years and still list hundreds of auctions without a problem on webtv. Sorry to jump on you like that, but it is annoying to hear that when it is not a viable excuse. Hello cybergearart,
I apologize - I should have said we don't "actively" support Webtv. While you may be able to list using Webtv, we continually make code changes and updates to the site which we do not test on the Webtv platform, and which may affect the ability of Webtv users to utilize our services.
