Is there any way I can recall the shipping notice sent to one of my customers. The auction was completed and I sent feedback etc. Now customer tells me she didn't receive her print. I need that record to find out what happened to the print. My hard copy is not available so this is my only record.

Thanks

Hi Greengate,

You should be able to track the auction in by auction ID number, using the Track Auction link in your control panel underneath the tabs. It will go to your Post Sale area, where you can see the completed post sale keys and review your activity.

I imported the two auctions in questions. One auction came in with all the post sale check boxes intact. The auction in question came back with no information except the Ebay bidders ID. Can this info be reset on your end. I tryed deleting the auction and importing again but the information still did not appear. As it was uploading the information flashed on the screen for a second and then disappeared.???

Hi Greengate,

I went to your account and found the auction and it has the post sale keys showing, with the finished ones shaded in blue. Are you able to see this on your browser?

Yes they finally appeared however I noticed that #6 and #7 items did not show that the auctions had been process and I left feedback. I went to ebay to check on the bidder feedback and the did get there but the blue box does not indicate that fact. I also noticed the email address of the bidder is missing on the post management page and on the idividual auction page.

Hi Greengate,

As this has not happened to your other auctions, it appears to have been a temporary glitch in the system. You can manually select 6 and 7 by clicking on the PSM keys, and clicking the check box for each of those steps. If this happens again to any of your auctions, please do let us know.
