If I track one of my own ebay auctions that was not launched through AW, do I pay a fee for the service of watching it?
Do I pay a fee if there is a winning bid?
And finally, just to confirm, I don't pay the 10¢ fee to put photos in my auction that ARE launced through AW. Right?
Thank you for providing a service that is reliable. Ebay stinks on the reliability factor quite often.
There is no fee for tracking an item into your account, regardless if there is a winning bidder or not - there is no fees to track in any item.
Chances are you will be unable to do any post sale on an item you track in, the keys simply will not appear when it closes. Sometimes, the system will allow it, but it was not setup to work this way so we cannot guarantee the results of doing so.

Hi -- I just wanted to add that if you launch your auction on eBay, but your auction contains images hosted at AW, you will be charged image hosting fees. Image hosting fees will apply to any auction not launched through Auction Manager with AW hosted images, whether they are tracked in or not.
