Can I use the WBN with a set shipping cost for USA & calculate the shipping for all others after the return message from the buyer? How can I handle an out of USA shipping cost with the WBN?

Hi Friar,
The WBN may be used 'as is' (you cannot update it after the WBN response). However, you may state in your item description the shipping charges. You may state there that you accept as international shippment option (carrier and amount), option (option_name).
This is a 'fair' method. Of course you may calculate the international shippment charges after you receive a WBN response, but this means that you modify your initial offer, and your buyer may reject the price!

Hi Friar,
The buyer may send you any response to your WBN. Remember that post sale tools are meant to be used as a reminder for the seller about the status of each transaction. As I said before, if you did not (actually could not!) calculate the shipping amount, it is up to you and the buyer to negotiate this.
