This came up in a thread in the eBay forum (where I spouted off a little too much, naturally).
If I have a winner (say, [email protected]) for one of my auctions and he completes a WBN with name and address information in December, you folks have a record of him in your data base.
You have his eBay ID, his e-mail ID and his name and address (even phone) info.
Is there >any way< this information can be re-used? I mean, if someone wins several of my auctions over a period of time, each time, they are asked to fill out a WBN. I can really understand why someone would not want to.
So, can you folks at AW give some serious thought to how can we access the information that should be readily available? That way you can streamline the post-sales process and we can keep our winners happy.
Thanks for the consideration; I won't hold my breath...
