I've just switched back to "classic" for WBNs and just sent out six of them a short while ago. On the copies I received of these, the text font on three was Courier and on three it was Arial.
Of the three that were in Arial, each had a couple of stray exclamation points floating in the text (I didn't put any exclamation points in my WBN text), and those stray exclamation points were not in the same place in the three emails -- i.e., in one there was one at the end of a word; in the next, there was one in the middle of the next word, etc. There were no stray characters in the WBNs that arrived in Courier.
This is not a terribly big deal, but it is a glitch that should be checked into. If the buyers are receiving the same version I'm getting, I'm not real crazy about those stray characters because they interfere with the professionalism I try to project.
Plus it's just weird that they should go out in two different fonts.
Thanks

Hi Christopher:
As requested, I've forwarded one of each. In the good ones, I should have said the font is Times, not Courier.
Thanks
