I created a new id for Auctionwatch for my wife from the same computer I use for AW, ie. snailspacer. My original AW id, collectible_pbs no longer allows me to log in. It says that id is not valid. Help!

What was your primary email address on your account, or what was the eBay ID you stored in that account? The username you list here is not a valid AuctionWatch username, as we do not allow underscores.

Hi Christopher,
Thanks for the reminder! It's been a month since I've used it and created that new id in the mean time. Coupled with Netscape's automagic fill in of id's, I thought it was collectible_pbs. Obviously not, I'd used my old ebay id and can now login with that just fine. Just needed a bump in the right direction.
