Ok I go and do everything you say, you change me to c2cfree, but it is not coming up. I launched after I followed the steps you told me to, go back and put in email and and password, I did this BRIAN. Now it shows ERROR 109, "you will not be able to accept eBay payments" WHAAAAATTT?? COME ON BRIAN DELVE INTO THIS PROBLEM SO I CAN LAUNCH THIS ONE AUCTION, THAT HAS NOW TAKEN OVER AN HOUR OF MY TIME!! Check with engineerig, find me options, you have my money and I am up the creek because you will not delve into what is going on with AW. My ebay status is just fine, it is AW that screwed this up from the get go, and YES Brian, it certainly does prohibit one from using an ID with a number in the first two letters, thus I turned to "firemon" and you state you put in "C2CFREE" for me, but NOTHING IS WORKING....really let me get back to AW in a positive way, not the old way when no one took the time to look any further.

Thank you,

john

Hi firemon,

It's not working because you have not met the requirements to use Billpoint, yet you choose that as an option.

Since you deselected that as an option, your auction launched fine.

Hello Brian,

I closed down AW and just came back to it, I hit log in and up comes FIREMON not C2CFREE, what am I to do. Also I ended that auction prior because the pic apparently did not attached but now I need to know when I relaunch am I again going to get ERROR 35??? And please tell me when I hit LOGIN why Firemon comes up and NOT c2cfee.

Thanks~

john

Hi firemon,

Firemon comes up because that is your AW ID. Your eBay ID that you have stored in your AW account, and that you launch with is c2cfee.

Ok Brian thanks for all your help now we will see if the auction relists with relative ease....somehow I don't think so..it has been over 2.5 hours on this one thing and this has been AW in the past and now that I am paying for it, it seems at least with this one auction, to be the same...let's hope it launches soon.

Thank You~

john~

Hi firemon,

It should launch fine, like your last one, and the image has been attached correctly. Looks like it is set to launch at 6:45.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
