What does REFRESH on the control panel really do? Seems to sometimes refresh the stats for active auctions, but usually not unless I click it several times over the next few minutes. This AM, a bid changed, and for 20 minutes, refresh didn't see it. Perhaps I misunderstand its function. I have to use the "my ebay items I'm selling" page instead. <br />
edited: just went to control panel and refresh did pick up the new bid this time. Sure would be handy if refresh refreshed immediately.

I have noticed the same thing this morning. But for me this is not a new issue, this is normal. However usually I only have to do refresh about three times for it to update this morning it is working much slower. The hits are correct but the bids are not. I am talking about the refresh link on the AW page.

Yes, the AW refresh 'button'.
Thanks for letting me know I am not alone. It is not a biggie, but while working in AW for a while, would be nice to see bids there rather than having to go over to ebay.
Sorry to hear of your trouble with the use of the refresh tool in the Auction Manager. The system is setup to refresh your stats for you on it's own, however the refresh button can usually be a good way to manually force the update instead.
Make sure that before you hit this refresh button, you are actually selecting the items you specifically want to be refreshed otherwise it will simply reload the page without looking for new data.
