I have clearly stated $3.90 for shipping charges in my preferences for both Storefront and My Account, yet for the second time recently the printout for the storefront sales states shipping is $3.50. Why is this?

Not at all - this time it was a Midnight Sky collar, item #518758695, price $22, s/h $3.50 (should have been $3.90). Need more info?

Hi dogtogs,
I have checked your inventory listing for that item, and the shipping/handling amounts entered in the inventory item reflect $3.50. Your preferences will not override inventory listings, so you might want to check your items and make sure that the correct s/h amounts are entered.
