I need some help in relisting an item. I had a buyer who has won three auctions I was running and has now told me that he only wishes to pay for two of them. I have no dispute with this buyer because I am quite certain I can sell the item to someone else but how do I go about moving the auction from the "closed" list to the "unsold" list so that I may relist the auction. I realize that I have to go through the credit process with eBay first. I've already been in contact with them and know what to do there. I'm just not sure what I need to do here...

Hi Ptimko,
You don't need to have the auction in Unsold in order to relist it -- you can relist it by selecting the auction in your closed list, and hitting the Relist button. I hope this helps!

Thanks, you kinda helped me, but if I don't reverse the transaction don't I still get charged for the final value fee? It's for a relatively small amount right now and I'm not too worried about it. However, I would like to know just in case it ever happens should I offer a more expensive item for sale. Sometimes these stamps I'm selling can be worth a fair amount of money...
Did I mention that the stamps I just sold for US $250 cost me less than US $20 when I bought them directly from the post office?
