isn't this great... AW gets to ignore anything it doesn't want to respond to. Sounds like customer disservice to me

drbrownauctions - just a silly question.

Which would you rather they do:

1. Spend time here saying there is a problem
2. Spend time fixing the problem

C'mon, they just got up on the west coast and came in to work to find a problem. It normally takes them anywhere from one-half to several hours to fix.

This isn't the first time - and it probably won't be the last.

For example: Ever go to your ATM and find that it has no cash or it can't print a receipt?

Same thing here - it's gonna be fixed eventually.

Hi: I was going to ask the same question all of your here are asking. I didn't know if it was just me or everyone. Guess I have my answer. Does anyone have any idea how long this may take?

How long and how much manpower would it take to write a brief message that they are aware of the problem and are working on it?

I just got the following message during a check:

[ Error with the counter system! Couldn't connect to the cache server ]

Someone's doing something...

I am getting a new message now. Are you all too?

[ Error with the counter system! Couldn't connect to the cache server ]

Guess the lupids go fixed, now we have to worry about their counter system.

When AW can't connect to the cache server... I can't connect to the Cash !

Hello,

There was a minor site outage this morning that caused the errors in the control panel. It has been resolved now so you should have no trouble accessing your account.

Thank you for your patience.

Sonya, Over 3 Hours to what was happening from AW is not right. I know that some one is there that could up date us on these out rages. In the future can this be done?

Hi everyone,

Just an FYI - we do post outage announcements on our Announcements page, which you may access by clicking the Announcements link on the bottom of the page, or using the Announcements message center forum. Generally in the event of an outage, an engineer will post the announcement if Customer Service is unavailable.

Thanks,

Diana

I checked the announcements page first too... and NOTHING.

For whoever mentioned the ATM thing. Yes, as a matter of fact that happened to me twice in 2 weeks. Since it takes me 15 mins or so to get to the bank, I had to go to another bank's ATM and pay the surcharge each of those times. Guess which "other bank" is going to get my business.
