Good Evening,
I am being extra nice because I am extra mad. I have been working on one auction since 6pm PST. I am unable to get the pics to thumbnail size, they upload as big as the sky. When I go to preferences, I hit YES I would like thumbnail but it automatically goes to NO time and time and time, thus I cannot launch an ad. We have tried every tool available to reduce it other ways and transfer to file as jpg or bitmap but NO it will not go to thumbnail size. What am I doing incorrectly? Why is the YES changing to NO time after time hitting save each time?????
