Thank You for completing the maintence in a timely fashion. As consumers that pay for a service, I think AuctionWatch ought to give all their paying customers a free day for 8 FEB 02. We could not access anything, the images were not available for our customers, ect. Do you comprehend the impact of the revenue that was lost today??? Take care of your customers and the public that your customers generate. Do not bite the hand that feeds you. You broke a WBN system that was great. Now it involves pasting and and attaching. Being people freindly is the key. Do not make it difficult for anyone to access the system. We are kind, considerate individuals trying to give a service to all individuals. As a seller you make the job harder instead of more fluid. As a seller, you are creating a system that is not desirable.
