I know this was a scheduled maint but it took twice as long for "unforseen problems". It sounds like you'll don't know much about computers if you can not plan. Dosen't give me a lot of confidence in AW. I am feeling kinda jittery, what is in place if AW goes the way of the dot.gones to protect at least our pics. I need some assurances AW will be around a while, other than unforseen problems. That could mean anything.
We have lost a lot of time and business today because of someones (AW) lack of planning or technical ability, and other excuses.
Don't get me wrong I REALLY like AW. Others have been courting me lately and no one offers the same features and flexibility as AW.
What is going on AW? If this kind of stuff is going to continue please warn us.

Hello dimento,
While we understand your concerns, please be assured that today's maintenance was a very large-scale project - not just routine maintenance. As can always happen, we ran into some minor problems along the way that we needed to overcome. The integration of the new data center was a necessary step and will offer long-term benefits that are critical in order to provide you with the best possible service.
