I finally put a GIF image into my auctions that says "Shipping in USA Only" because so many international bidders were bidding and I really wanted this message to show up well. But since yesterday's crash of the AW system, this GIF image is no longer showing up. I even tried reloading it but still says something like "Image Unavailable, please check back again". All other JPG images seem fine now. Any ideas why this is not showing up now or what I can do to remedy it?

The .gif image is appearing fine for me. AOL might be sending you an old version of the image that they saved during the outage. Try refreshing your browser and clearing your cache.
