I have a question....If I have an item that does not sell, it is returned to my inventory. Then if I relist it from closed auctions, it does not get taken out of inventory. But if I relist it from inventory, it is not eleigible for the eBay credit if it sells the second time around.....am I correct? Is there a way to relist for the credit, and also have the item move from my inventory? This gets very confusing!!! thanks for any help you can give!

Isn't it put in inventory if it sell or not?I have some inventory questions also. I use AMpro to list and would like to use the inventory - is this possible? Also how do I adjust the display for the inventory which is currently set at 5. I tried the refresh and it didn't seem to work. I want to clean this out but don't want to delete 5 at a time and don't want to delete active or unsold items.
Is there some where I can go to see a tutorial of what you can use the inventory for. It seems pretty much a waste of web space for AW in my case at the moment?
Also when using AMpro why can't I file the winner by category as I could do with listing online.
sorry some of this should be in another message center but maybe it would help others here too.

Hello HORSEHELPER,

Actually, if the item did not sell and is put back into inventory - when you relist it will remove it from your inventory total again automatically. It does take a little bit of time to make the round trip calculations, but if you wait a little while and check the totals you will see the inventory update again.

Hi ladyjewels2000,

Actually, from the AuctionWatch services forum, there is an Auction Manager Pro area you can post in for Pro specific questions.

Currently, in Pro, there is no round trip inventory, nor does it synch to your online inventory. When an item does not sell and was launched via Pro, relist it. If the item still does not sell, you will need to manually add that item back to the quantity available in Pro.

If I re-post my question in the Auction Manager Pro area will you answer all of it?

Hi ladyjewels2000,

The inventory you mention using and seeing it set to 5 at a time, this is online correct? Keep in mind that if you have your inventory online, you have to list from your online inventory - Pro and the online inventory page do not synch.

In your online inventory, look over on the right to set the 'items per page' to whatever you want. It will have no effect on your active/closed listings.

"Also when using AMpro why can't I file the winner by category as I could do with listing online. "

In Pro, there is no management of winning bidders, could you outline this situation and the steps you take so we may address it for you?

It would be nice if the auction ID number could be saved when the item goes into inventory. Would make it much easier to look inventory items up.
