I signed up and activated paypal for my auctions yesterday. I went to Global Preferences and clicked on paypal to add it automatically to my auctions. In the I.D. section I put my paypal email (name), then I tried to save, but it wouldn't save. What am I doing wrong? I know this is very basic, but I'm new to this. How do I attatch paypal to my auctions automatically? Do I have to wait until they confirm my bank acct?

Hi domsgram,
The settings that you need to change to add PayPal to your auctions are in your PayPal account. They have their own system for doing that. The reason for entering your PayPal ID in the Global Preferences section is so it can be referenced in the WBN that you send out. So you are not able to save the changes you make to your Global Prefs?

Brian - It wouldn't save when I checked paypal. It asked for I.D. next to it, and I entered my email I.D. Should that be something different? Then I checked SAVE, and the screen went out and back in and when I looked at paypal, it was no longer checked.

Hi domsgram,
I was able to add your email address and save it without any problems. You may need to clear your cache.
Did I enter in the correct email address? Let me know if it is something different and I can change it for you if you are still having issues after you clear your cache.

Brian - Thanks for your help. My email is [email protected]. What do you mean by "clearing my chache"? I'm new to this. Dawn

My goal is to add paypal to the list of methods of payment that are listed in the top section of the auction where it says, "payment" and the it is in small red letters.
