Little red flags go off in my head whenever I see that eBay is setting up to change their listing process .... will this have any effect on AuctionWatch's compatiblitiy when it goes live?

Examples of this new format are shown here: http://pages.ebay.com/sell/sellyouritem2/index.html

Well, let's see.

Most of the changes are cosmetic - from the point of view of someone manually entering a listing - so that shouldn't be a problem

BUT, there will be new fields and additional processing, so AW will have to update several windows and scripts to handle the processing (let's not forget My Account settings).

They'll have to field-test the updated API that they get from eBay. And, they'll have to correct some of the errors that will naturally show up when they code these new changes.

Then, they'll have to apologize for the day-long outage while they try to fix the mess...

When's the ETA for this going live? I'll hold off on selling that week.
