I hate to beat a dead horse, but is anyone getting any WBNs sent out? It seems all my time is taken up with emailing people with instructions and my address. It used to be random, now it seem all are not being received. If this cannot be fixed I think we should be told so we can have someone else, maybe PayPal send them out. Can just the notice be sent without the form that has wrong shipping information? Can we edit the form anywhere? I think the form is what is hanging up the straight email.

Hi Larrkpoodle,
If you like, you can edit the default messaging for your WBN in Post Sale Management Options in your My Account tab instructing your winners to please fill out the form for a speedy transaction. We haven't had problems with WBNs not going out -- for your last set of auctions, were all of them affected or just a few of them?
