Hi
I launched an auction about 2 hours ago and it did go onto ebay but does not show up in my AM Pro.
I just launched another & same thing happened !!
Just thought you might like to know.

Hi Gina,
Do you mean to say your Auction Manager? Are you listing via the Auction Manager tab, or via Pro and not seeing those items track into your account correctly?

Yes, I meant Auction Manager Pro.
I have been using this from the beginning and never had this happen before !

Hi Gina,
Did you already manually track the other two items into your Auction Manager?
When I checked, both your sellers list and the Auction Manager listed the same number of items currently being tracked.

Christopher ~ Never mind ~ they both show up now on my auction manager pro !!
Just took them a while to get there !!

Christopher ~ IT HAPPENED AGAIN !!
Just listed 4 auctions in the last half hour to ebay and only 1 shows up on my Auction Manager Pro auction list !!
I guess this is just some kind of delay since I am sure it will show up later like yesterday but have never had this happen before

Hi Gina,
I just checked, and the number of auctions you have in your Active Auctions list is equal to the number of auctions in your eBay seller's list. Did they show up?

They are in your eBay seller's list, but not on your AW active auctions list? What are the auction ID numbers?

Hi Gina,
They are in your active list -- I think that the problem is you are only viewing the first 50 auctions. On your left hand side is a Display Options box. Click on the link titled 'Active'. At the bottom will be page numbers to the rest of your auctions. If you click on page 3, you'll see those three auctions.

Oops ~ operator failure here
I didn't think of that since I usually don't have so many auctions up at one time !!
I know to do that on my closed auctions !!
