1. Is there some way we can arrange our closed auctions into specific folders?
2. Is there a way to move a closed auction into inventory?
3. Our hard drive crashed and we lost all the pics stored in C. Is there a way that we can send copies of our pics in Auction manager to our hard drive and backup disks? We would need to do this in jpg format?
4. Can we reorganized our image hosting into folders?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give us.
Cheers, Joan & Dale

Hi Joan and Dale,

Unfortunately closed auctions cannot be grouped by folders. If you wanted to move it into inventory, the only way to do it would be to select the auction and hit relist, then click edit and scroll down to where you see "save this item to my inventory". Check that option and a copy will automatically go to your inventory, and you can cancel the relist. There is no easy way to get your images in groups to your hard drive, you would have to go to Image Hosting and enlarge your image, then right click it and save it. Image Hosting online cannot be reorganized into folders.
