Thanks for putting up screen shots of the new AW functionality. I'm not alone in saying that we've been waiting for combined winnings for quite some time.
A picture may be worth a thousand words, but these do require some explanation. If nothing else, it'll give you a chance to build the FAQ.
I'm asking these questions with my own bias of being an eBay seller without a storefront in either location.
If I "read" the screen shots correctly:
1. We (the sellers) will need to update our AW profile to include the Shopping Cart option if we wish to take advantage of combining multiple wins into one WBN.
2. Combined shipping discount.
Scenario: I state in my auctions, "$5.00 shipping and handling for the first book, $0.50 for each additional book"
2a. There are two ways to indicate the price for the additional books: either save $4.50 or 90% discount.
2b. This shipping/discount information still will be available for update - via Edit - prior to manually sending out a WBN (for instance, I charge higher rates for Canada).
3. Insurance.
Scenario: Insurance is selected and set in the AW profile.
3a. The total for insurance will automatically be calculated, based on the final value of the item(s).
3b. The total amount of insurance will automatically be added to the WBN.
3c. This insurance information still will be available for update - via Edit - prior to manually sending out a WBN.
3d. The winner will be able to "deselect" this choice if he/she does not wish to pay for insurance.
4a. We (the sellers) will manually need to combine the winners listings in the PSM function after all of the auctions have closed, and that we will do this based on e-mail ID.
4b. The terminology is "shopping cart" or "order" depending on whether it is an auction or storefront.
5. Combining wins.
Scenario: Someone wins 2 auctions one week and then 3 auctions one week later - and I support combined auctions - so I need to put the 5 items into one order.
5a. If I make a cart of 2 items in week one and send the WBN out, will I still be able to update it to add 3 items in week two?
5b. Or, do I have to wait until all of the auctions are done before I build the cart?
6. The Order number for the cart is generated automatically by AW.
7. The PSM keys apply to the entire cart/order.
8. Feedback PSM key.
Scenario: There are 5 items in the cart/order.
8a. How many feedbacks are generated to eBay?
8b. If more than one, do they all say the same thing?
9. I'll let someone else speak to "partial payment" - I have no experience with that. But will it be displayed for every cart/order even if it is not applicable?
10. Two previously "hidden" WBN items have been brought out into view:
> Buyer's address
> Message to seller
That's about it for now... Thanks!
I hope you've all stocked up on your "patience pills" 'cause I have a feeling the questions you're gonna get once this kicks off is unlike anything you've every experienced.

kahml asks some good questions, so I'll just tag on mine.
1) What item will be used to figure combined shipping? I assume everything will build off the item with the highest shipping, but that's not clear.
2) Will the insurance functionallity include our ability to make it optional or mandatory per item? (I require insurance when an item sells above a certain price, but make it optional under that price).
3) What's the planned start up date? Don't see that anywhere unless I missed it.
4) Will there be some sort of fall-back, safety-net system in place in case it doesn't work? I left another online management service when they changed their whole system and nothing worked, but they couldn't revert to their old system and users were dead in the water.
I am not sure of the answers to all of the questions listed in this post. Please be assured that it is not being ignored, I will post all of the answers as soon as I can. Thank you for your patience, I appreciate it!

Actually, it would be nice to know the answers BEFORE it's released. There is no fun like the fun of fumbling around with a new system for which there are unanswered questions. Just once in my life I'd like to move into a new system knowing what it's going to do beforehand (can anyone say Checkout? -- or Freedom?)

Yeah, it really is time to >bump< this one. There are still too many unanswered questions - and the documentation isn't all that great.
