I'm going to sound like a two-year-old here with the WHY WHY WHY but here goes......
Why do you need to make the statement in the WBN "If the link below is not clickable please cut and paste to your browser" Why is it not "clickable"? Seems like a simple HTML code to fix so that it would be "clickable" for anyone. And why have it anyway. Why not let it all be on one page and that is the page they first open up in their email. Seems like a lot of unnecessary clicking/cut and pasting, paperwork, and confusion and maybe that is why most customers don't use them which makes more work for us. Like the one I just did. I sent 2 WBNs before I was even answered. Then they ask for shipping info. Then, when I ask them to follow the WBN form I had to explain to this person that it was just a form to help me keep track of an auction..just like the Ebay Checkout, Andele, and other checkout forms. This customer has sold a few 100 items and still doesn't understand AW WBN! Told me they don't fill out forms and give info to systems they don’t know. WOW! I could do with less disgruntled customers over WBNs.
A question/suggestion?
Thanks in advance....I'm still learning.....

Hi Ramabele,
Some people use email clients that do not allow anything other than text in the body of the email, thus making the link unclickable. That is why the HTML is spelled out in the email with that message -- so that they can cut and paste it into their browser window. If for whatever reasons you run into customers that do not want to use the WBN you could always fill in the information for them.

Seems like I only get abt 30% who actually fill out their own forms. Would really be nice if AW did something different to force buyers to fill this out on their own. One or two aren't bad but if you had to do 20 or 30 a day, it would be really bad. Sure would help us sellers out to at least make the link more user friendly or a mandatory step in checking out.
Stay Safe!
