Hi,

I need help restoring my default template. It vanished during the 3/8 outage.

I checked out the Help board and followed the instructions but I think I missed something. Maybe because I don't have a "store."

Please let me know what I need to do to restore my template so it automagically comes up when I create a listing.

Hi Lucy,

You can set your default template again through eBay Site Specifics, which is accessible through your My Account tab.
