I have at least 5 auctions that ended with a winner that went to closed but not to Postsale; so no postsale keys. They did not have reserves originally, nor do I believe that I edited anything on those while they were live. Four were either relists or they may have been copies- not sure, and one was a new auction.
Is there a way to force the postsale keys up? What caused them to not show a winner?

I selected/refreshed those items and it did not work- they are still in closed but not postsale (and without PS keys).
I really need them in PS. The people that won these also won other items and had all emailed me looking for their totals. After doing an email search and not finding the right number of items, I had to use ebay and search by bidder.
