I realize you're just releasing the new upgrades to the site, but I've had an immediate problem. I was printing out mailing label/invoices and everything was going fine until the new features appeared. After the new features showed up, when I try to print a packing slip, the buyer's name does not appear (it does appear on the invoice part, but not on the packing slip). It does not appear in either method of accessing invoices, either from post-sale express button or from fulfillment page.
Thanks
To clarify: I said when I try to print -- What I meant was when I call up the packing slip/invoice on the screen, the buyer's name is missing from the packing slip.

For now you can work around this by editing step 2. You have to enter the buyer's state and country and also re-enter the info missing in the upper box.

jalleniii's answer reminds me that something very similar happened a few months back when the name and address entry box on wbn response was changed -- information disappeared when trying to edit the wbn response. Might be related to that same issue.

I am having the same problem w/no name on the mailing label. Please fix asap as this has a large impact on my time! Mahalo.
I had indicated to this thread that the error had been fixed, however retracted it when we saw a few additional posts saying it still existed - which is why we were looking for examples.
Thanks for clarifying that this has indeed been corrected.

I just printed a packing slip for auction 1710804596. The address is a tampa address that doesn't appear anywhere in the wbn response. The wbn response clearly has a Wesley Chappel address. Wonder where the Tampa address came from and how I get the correct address on the shipping label?
