I love the new combine items feature. I have used it for two orders. It's great to be able to do this, makes things easier. EXCEPT - I lose WB response after combining items into an order. No name, address, shipping choice, payment method. Please advise. Thanks

Hi Customveils,
If you are referring to the missing name in the packing slip, that problem has been reported and will be fixed shortly.

Just wanted to add that I did check all appropriate boxes for combined post-sale keys. Thanks again

Hi Sonya,
Not referring to packing slip. I am referring to the post-sale keys & winning bidder response dissappearing after items combined into an order.

Hi Customveils,
In an order you may combine items for which you have received WBN response, together with items for which you did not receive a WBN response. Simply click on the order link and in the PostSale | fulfillment checklist for that order you will notice the items for which you have received a WBN response: in the shipping column you will notice a shipping carrier selected.

Hi Sonya,
I followed the steps as outlined, checked all the boxes. One order includes a storefront purchase & the winning bidder info did not carry over.

Ok, now the name & address shows but the post-sale key #2 WB response are not checked off. I teied to check key #3, item paid, & I get an error message that I have to first complete the WBN (key #2). Thanks again

I must have done something wrong with the new combine items feature-or perhaps is a glitch? I clicked to see one customer had three orders so I combined and am now unable to put in how much shipping is anywhere with the winning bidder notice. How and where do I do that before it is sent now that they are combined? Thanks in advance.

Hi ParkledgeAntiques,
You are going to need to undo the combined order first. To undo the combined order, click the non paying bidder button in the Order link and deselect Relist. The button will change to "Split Order" -- click on that and the order will be split back into its individual items, and you can then go through and add shipping paramaters for each item. Once you are done, you can send WBNs for each of your items then combine the order.

Thanks!
Now I understand how to "break" the Order back into separate WBNs. Although why someone needs to use the "non paying bidder" button to do this stretches my grasp of good system design.
But I'm still not getting this:
If you combine three WBNs into one Order, WHY would you then need to send out three WBNs? Wouldn't you just send out the one Order?

Hi Kahml,
You could do either one -- sending out one based on the order will be best.
