I selected one winners three auctions to combine into one order.
Then I realized that I had not selected any of the shipping or payment options. Normally I fill those in just before I manually send the WBN.
So I went to my profile to update it.
Guess what? Now I can't find any way of adding shipping charges to an already combined WBN.
Also, there is no "preview" mode - what happened with that?
And, when you have the title of the auction as a PSM variable in the WBN's Subject, it is repeated for each item in the order. At 45 chars each, that's a really long subject.
Finally, am I correct in understanding that only a hiperlink will be included in the new WBN? It used to be that a form could be sent. Because if that's the case, I have to change the wording.

Hi Kahml,
For this situation, what you can do is just go ahead and send the WBN for one of the items -- your buyer will respond to the WBN and give you his name and address as normal. He will select his shipping method. You can then complete the sale for the combined items. Let us know if you have any other questions or troubles and we will help you to work through them.

Hi Kahml,
If you send the WBN for the order, that will do the trick. The buyer will be able to choose the shipping methods when he gets the WBN, as they will show up there.

I just changed the e-mail ID to send the WBN to me so that I could see what's happening. (Aside from seeing the image that I have AW add - which is not what they bought.)
GUESS WHAT???
There are NO shipping methods associated with this order! There's nothing to select in the drop-down.
One more time: I normally check off which method and fill in the amount WHEN I SEND - NOT BEFORE.
I didn't get a chance to do this now. I combined the auctions and then realized there was no shipping information.

Hi Kahml,
To undo the combined order, click the non paying bidder button in the Order link and deselect Relist. The button will change to "Split Order" -- click on that and the order will be split back into its individual items, and you can then go through and add shipping paramaters for each item. Once you are done, you can send WBNs for each of your items then combine the order.

Sonya, for the year that I have been using AW, I've been trying to find a way to determine the shipping beforehand.
And the bottom line is - I CAN'T!
Because if someone wins an auction - and they live in Australia - what I have to charge for shipping and how I sent the package is not the same amount or method that I would charge or use for someone who lives in Illinois, or Canada, or England.
I only know after I see an e-mail ID that they are MOST LIKELY from a locale. AND THEN I get to choose the method and amount.
And now I can't make any shipping changes AT ALL to the combined WBN?
So you're telling me that this order can't be undone - and that I have to manually send an e-mail to this winner.
HOW ABSURD IS THAT - it's software for crying out loud, have someone manually change the entries in the data base.
And you think I'm frustrated? Now, but I am sick and tired of a service that doesn't think things through - or allow for corrections to mistakes.

Hi Kahml,
I edited my previous post to give you directions on how to undo a combined order -- it looks like I edited it after you composed your response. You can use the NOn Paying Bidder button to do it.
