I have been quick to criticize AW in the past, and now I'd like to be equally quick to compliment.
The New checkout system is very good. You've shortened data collection time for me considerably by showing the info on the form instead of me having to find it on the control panel. I also liked the fact that you changed the order status link from AW to the seller's email address so quickly. Kudos on the improvements!
I had every intention of leaving with the new fees, but I'll hang out for a month and see if it's affordable since you've made these improvements.
I do hope you'll add a box for insurance as an option just like you allow us to offer different shipping options.
One last suggestion -- you need to add back in the note that choosing the paypal option does not automatically send the payment. The link is gone, but the note needs to be there as several customers have already been confused and questioned me about whether the payment went automatically just by selecting the Paypal option.
