When I go to one of the the checkout pages for my auctions, the billing address info is filled out with my (the seller's) info. rather than left blank for the buyer to fill out. If this one of the known problems, or did the program fill it out automatically with my info because I went there?

Please let me know if anyone else is seeing this.

Indeed you are right! The program is clever enough to identify you and prefill the billing informations if possible. Nevertheless, while your buyer will enter the page, the fields will be left blank. (Unless you did finish the checkout process! If so, do the following:
- uncheck step 2 for the order;
- click on edit WBN link for the order and delete the prefilled data;
- save;
- uncheck -again!- step 2. This is mandatory, otherwise your buyer cannot respond to WBN)
