Is it me or has the buyers email address been removed from the 'Awaiting Payment' lists.

You see, when people dont pay I send them the usual reminders etc.

But after 2 weeks I need to get personal to get them paying - I need to be able to email them directly from 'Awaiting Payment'.

Can these email addresses be put into the 'Awaiting Payment' lists?

Would make life alot esier.

I know you're busy fixing things so why not get it all over and done in 1 shot.

Hi Asianproducts,

Thank you for pointing this out, I will escalate the issue. You can still access the buyer email -- when you check off the auction you want to send a reminder to and you hit the reminder button, the Send Payment Reminder tab will come up and you can see the email address right there.
