When my customers are trying to check out and have purchased more than one item(the same item) off of a dutch auction, the shipping is being DOUBLED!!
For instance: 2 items @29.99 with s/h of $10.95...when the customer goes to finalize, the site shows $21.90..

Hi Pandorasbox,
If you have already combined this order, you can apply a credit to it which would decrease the shipping. For example if you wanted to ship these items at a discount for $10.95, which would be two for the price of one -- when you click on the combined order, you will see a tab called Apply Payments/Credits. You would enter in $10.95 as your amount and in the reason field, you can enter in that it is a combined shipping discount. When you have applied this credit, you can then send out the WBN for the order and it will be for those two items at the combined shipping discount.
The problem isn't my not knowing how to issue a credit...its that when there is a multiple purchase by a customer in a dutch auction, they are being charged the base rate for shipping x the number of items.
For instance if I charge 9.95 s/h for the first item purchased (within a dutch auction)and say $3 each for each additional item...my customer is being automatically charged 3 x the $9.95 or $29.85 s/h.
Please refer to my PSM, auction # 2008069563.
This has nothing to do with issuing credits or combining other items...it revolves around the computation of s/h within dutch auctions.
