Hi guys, have been in France for a month and will be here for another 6 weeks. Have just started listing again on ebay after a short hiatus. Have run into one problem. Seems in my absence my webtv mailbox filled up with spams and I have no way of clearing it from here. It will not accept any more messages. Would it be possible until I return home in the middle of April to send my copies of WBNs to my laptop here in France at [email protected] - I'm concerned that I might lose some messages and not be able to keep in touch with my winning bidders. I don't even seem to be getting the ebay notifications either. By the way I really like the new format of the WBNs showing the auction pics. Very helpful especially when I have similar items. This way I don't have to look it up on ebay. Keep up the good new innovations. Please try ahd help me out on this one. Thanks, Steve Please reply to [email protected]

Hi Steve,
If you want to change your email address temporarily you can do that. However, there is no way we would be able to route the email you cannot access to your temporary account since we can't get into your WebTV account. I would recommend contacting WebTV to see if they can somehow route that email to your new address for the time being.

Hi Sonya, thanks for the reply. Please advise the procedure to temporarily change my email address with Auctionwatch so I can recieve my copies of the WBNs. Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,
To change your email address, go to your My Account tab to Personal Information. There you will see an "Edit" link next to your stored email address -- click that to edit your email, and a confirmation number will be sent to that email address. Once you get the confirmation number, enter it in the appropriate field and you will have your new email address verified. If you have any trouble with this please let me know.
