Most of my auctions I list on Aw are sent via 1st class mail or media mail.
Recently, I listed an auction where the purchaser was given a choice of 1st class or priority mail, which I created by going to "my account" and folowing that procedure. My problem:
Now, when I want go back to listing new auctions only by 1st class, I do not know how to change teh template so that only one choice of shipping is listed. I do not know how to get rid of the 2nd choice. And, can I list media mail as teh only choice by deleating the first two dropdowns? Thanks for the help, in advance.

I offer Priority, First Class and Media Mail- sometimes offering two choices and other times only one choice. What I have always done is put those options in my Global Prefs. I put Prioity first, then First Class, then I put Media Mail as the last 'custom' option. But, do not put a check in any of the boxes infront of the three shipping choices. Just save your Global Prefs. Then, when you create an auction, all three will appear as choices, just click on the box in front of the option/s that you want to offer and fill in the amount. When the auction closes, only those that were selected will appear.
However- I launch through AuctionManager. I do not use AmPro or SMBE, so I am not sure if this would still be the same.

Hello bugler1998,
Within Pro, click over on the left to view your preferences first. Next, highlight the 'shipping options' and set the second shipping carrier to 'choose one (optional)'.
Make sure you click to save the change when finished.
