About a week ago I filled out all the info to switch over from the old power plan to one of the new plans. Today I get an email saying I only have a few days left on my "free trial" and I need to choose a plan. Replying to the email produces an "undeliverable" error message.
When I got to MY ACCOUNTS, it says I am already on the Power Plan Variable. What's going on???

Yes, we have you correctly signed up. Do you have any other accounts with us? What was the email address that the message was sent to?

the email came to my main mailbox - the one I use for my AW account - address in the email was "undisclosed recipients".
