When I list an item, I give the shipping amount for buyers within th U.S., but how can I change the shipping amount when I have an international buyer? As it is now, I ask int'l buyers to email me for actual cost to their location, but I can't figure out how to change my shipping price so that the packing slip will show their actual shipping. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!!

Hello,

You can go in and edit the WBN to reflect the new shipping price and save it before sending to complete. Then the buyer can respond to the WBN with the correct shipping amount within, and the rest of the tools will reflect this total.

Simply click on the PSM keys, and choose the 'edit' link next to step once once the auction closes.

What if the buyer won 3 items and the order has already been combined? I can't seen to find a way to change the shipping cost for ORDER 523524113 to $15.00 total nor can I figure out how to preview the whole combined order.

Thanks!

I'm not with AW, but this might help.

If you click on Post Sale - in the left hand portion of the window, then select the order number. Next, click on the PSM keys to open the order.

On the Fulfillment checklist, just to the right of the Purchase Summary tab is a link that will show you what the combined WBN looks like.

To change any (or all) of the shipping methods/amounts, you are going to have to separate the order into individual auctions, edit each WBN and save it, and then recombine the auctions (this will generate a new order number).

Here's how:

On the far right-hand side of the window, next to the buyer's e-mail ID there is an Edit link - click it.

In the first set of boxes - which is for non-paying bidders - REMOVE the check from Relist and click the "Split order and relist" button.

This will let you get to your individual auctions. Click Post Sale if your list is not refreshed.

Make your changes to each auction - for whatever shipping you need - scroll all the way to the bottom and issue save!

Then you can re-combine them.

Yes, it's long and drawn-out, but that's about the only way to do it.

Thank you very much for your help, kahml!

Indeed it's #$&@ long and drawn-out.
