Whatever my customers are receiving from Auctionwatch is telling them that they have a credit.
For example: A customer purchased a record for $19.95 with $5.00 shipping. He said that his invoice showed that he paid the $19.95 and only owed $5.00.
What is happening or what do I need to do to change this situation? I have not touched anything since Auctionwatch made the changes. I was actually unaware of all the changes until I looked.
In the case above, the customer said that he knew that he had not paid and would send the full amount.
